Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?
No, no account is necessary for purchasing. Just type in your information choose a payment method and you’re a good to go.
May I pay in US dollars or another currency other than euros?
Currently we accept only in euros, so technically you can pay in any currency you want, but an exchange rate will be set for your transaction. We do not set the rate, your credit/debit card bank (or PayPal) does.
Are the prices final? What about added taxes?
The prices in the Shop are final, with all taxes (example VAT) included.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Shop?
We have 3 main payment options: Paypal, Quickpay and Paysera. By choosing one of them you will be further transferred down the payment line where you will have the opportunity to pay by debit/credit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and other). Customers, who have bank account in Lithuania, can pay via their online bank if they choose the Paysera payment method.
How secure is shopping in the Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the order will be started to fulfil. It usually takes 1-2 days to fulfil your order and then it shipped you out. The time of delivery depends on the delivery method you chose.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam - if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address - in this case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by Facebook Messenger (button can be found on the bottom right corner of the webpage).
Which countries do you ship to?
It’s 21st century, we can ship anywhere worldwide! :)
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We have our warehouses in EU and in USA. Depending on where you live – delivery prices may vary. They also depend on the item you want to buy (the weight and dimension) and how fast you want it to be delivered. You can check the delivery price and time during the Checkout, just after you enter the Customer information.
How long will delivery take?
Again, it depends in which country you live, how far is it from Europe and USA, and what delivery method you choose. In European Union, it takes usually about 5 business days (on the cheapest delivery option) to be delivered, in USA – about 3 business days, outside of EU and USA: 10-20 business days. Keep mind that the delivery may be faster or slower.
I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed.

Can I enter a different billing address, other than my delivery address?
No problem, you can enter the billing address in the “Payment method” page in the Checkout, just check a box and enter a different billing address.
How do I use a discount code?
Congratulations on getting the super-secret discount code! ;) Enter in during Checkout and reap your rewards!
Do you offer gift coupons?
Currently we can't offer gift coupons, but if you are thinking of buying something for your friend - please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by Facebook Messenger (button can be found on the bottom right corner of the webpage) and we will make it work ;)
What is your return Policy?
Our return and refund policy can be found HERE. We stand behind our products if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition.
Basically, you can decide to return your item(s) 15 days after your delivery date. You just must inform us at email@example.com or by Facebook Messenger (button can be found on the bottom right corner of the webpage) about your intentions. Then you will have another 15 days to ship us back the item. After receiving it – we will make the refund (including the delivery, but not the return shipping cost) right away. Just keep in mind that you must save the receipt as proof of purchase!
All physical address and email information is kept private and never sold, marketing is only sent to customers who opt-in via the checkout system. Emails are sent for order confirmation and shipping confirmation a single time. Promotional emails are only sent to customers who opt-in via the newsletter form in the website for via the checkout.
